How to Use Remote Management in EPM?
#1 Requirements to Run Remote Management
Eazy Plugin Manager Remote runs smoothly with your existing Eazy Plugin Manager account. If you like to use the free version of Eazy Plugin Manager remote, you can register on-site. Other than that, you need certain WordPress and PHP versions.
- WordPress Version: 5.0 or higher
- PHP Version: 7.4 or higher
#2 Adding Website in Eazy Plugin Manager Remote
Once you are logged into Eazy Plugin Manager Remote, you will be welcomed. We need to add sites to use Eazy Plugin Manager Remote. Click on the Add New Site button.
Input your Home Page URL and Connection Key on the field and press Add Website button.
Where to get the Connection Key
In your WordPress website, go to the Settings panel of Eazy Plugin Manager.
The Connection Key is here.
After we add the Connection Key, we will see a success message.
Press the Go to Dashboard button to start with Eazy Plugin Manager Remote.
#3 Handle Website with EPM Remote Management
When you go to the Sites tab in the sidebar, you will see an overview of all the sites that are added to Eazy Plugin Manager Remote.
On the left side of the site tab, some filters are arranged by Site, WordPress Version, PHP Version, Tags, and Clients.
You can see your websites in a list or grid view. Furthermore, there is an option to search your website.
From here, you can edit Tags and Clients.
If you hover over a site, you will see three buttons.
The left button is for 1 Click Admin Access to the site. It will you to the site’s admin dashboard.
The Settings button will bring you to the setting page where you can disconnect or reconnect a site.
The Delete Site button will delete the site from your account.
Disconnected sites will have a gray icon, while connected sites will have a green icon.
Website Dashboard
Clicking on a site name will bring you to that website’s specific panel. These two buttons will bring you to the site’s WordPress Admin page or the Settings page, where you can disconnect and reconnect sites.
The central view is a list of various views for your site. We see different information on the top page- like 10 Updates, 0 Security Threats, and 26 Plugins installed on this specific website. Updates show available plugin updates along with available WordPress updates as well.
Clicking the Sync Website button will sync the website on demand.
The Plugins Tab
The top of the plugins tab has the Plugins list, Active Guard list, and Optimization.
The search field lets you search for a specific plugin and filter by Active, Inactive and Update Available.
The contextual buttons are available upon selecting the plugin. Add Plugin button will take you to WordPress.org to install the new plugin.
Pressing on the Add Plugin button will bring you to the install page.
The install page looks like this.
You can install, Bookmark/Unbookmark & Block Plugin from this list. Also you can search for plugins from here. The Plugins page also offers some control, including some EPM-specific features.

#4 Manage Plugins in Your Remote Management
The Plugins tab will show a list of all your website on the left side.
Here, you can also filter via Tags and Clients.
You can also filter based on plugin Status (activated, deactivated & update available) and WordPress version.
Clicking on the small arrow will bring the plugin-aware context menu.
Here you can see all the sites the plugin is installed in. Also, you can search for site names.
With the Add New tab, you can add a new plugin to multiple websites.
Bookmark takes you to the bookmark view.
Vault takes you to Vault view.
#5 Manage Clients
Opening the client section will present you with an empty screen; here, we can add clients. To assign new clients to your website, press the Add Clients button.
Then, fill out the client form
So, we have a client page now.
Login with Client Account is an upcoming feature.
#6 Settings
Clicking on the Settings tab will bring you to the account settings panel.
Here, you can see the account plan and activated & Inactive sites.
From the token section, you can manage tokens (Agency plans only).
